It is strictly forbidden to use detergent in the cleaning water of insulating glass.
The cleaning of the glass is the first process of making the insulating glass, and is also completed by the first three sections of the insulating glass production line, which are the upper section , the cleaning air drying section and the transportation section. The glass enters the cleaning air-drying section from the upper segment, and is first cleaned by three sets of brushes and water , then blown dry by high-power hot air, and the glass enters the transport section after being blown dry .
The brush of the insulating glass production line is a key part of the cleaning glass and is very important for the regular maintenance of the brush . The dust on the surface of the glass, the oil stains and the paper glue on the glass liner are easily adhered to the bristles of the brush , and some are hidden at the root of the brush. If it is not cleaned in time , it will contaminate the surface of the glass being cleaned. Especially for the cleaning machine that cleans the offline LOW-E glass, it is necessary to pay attention to the regular maintenance of the brush. Flush with a high pressure water gun for maintenance. In the cleaning section of the insulating glass production line, after long-term use, because the processing of small and medium-sized glass is relatively large, the lower part of the brush is faster than the upper part, and it needs to be trimmed.
At present, some insulating glass manufacturers mostly use tap water, well water or ordinary clean water to clean the glass, which needs to be judged according to the actual situation. Generally, tap water, especially well water, contains a large amount of calcium, magnesium, chlorine ions. When these ions adhere to the surface of the glass, it will affect the bonding quality of the butyl rubber, the secondary sealant and the glass surface, thereby affecting the insulating glass. Sealing life is easy to cause seal failure. Ordinary clean water only filters out particulate impurities in the water and does not remove ions from the water . If the requirements for insulating glass are relatively high, it is recommended to install a water purifying device and wash the glass with deionized water .
The water in the tank of the insulating glass line should be replaced frequently to keep it clean . The water in the tank should be cleaned when changing the water to prevent the water supply pump of the tank from bringing these deposits onto the brush. It is strictly forbidden to use detergent in the cleaning water of insulating glass.
